Better Health !

Recently , aku ada baca Reader's Digest. U know reader's digest ? kpda yg tak tau tu.. ala. buku/majalah yang banyak informasi, good tips, fakta, stories based on pengalaman seseorang/writer tu sendiri, about isu-isu semasa.. ala.. senang ckp macam-macam ada.. hee.. majalah dia kecik ja... besar majalah mastika.. mastika pun taktau ka? emm. besar novel yang kita kena study kat sekolah la. ;p ni ha.. meh nk tunjuk cikit ;p


    ni cover untuk bulan ni punya. interesting rite ? :D
there's so many info that we can get from this book. so, kepada sesapa yang mlas nk bli Reader's Digest ni, i want to share to you guys some interesting info/tips. yang aku rasa menarik perhatian aku je la. nak tau semua yang ada dlm buku ni go get it by urself la. :p
oke. INFO about SLEEP ! aku tau mesti ramai yang suka bab tidur ni. kan kan? gotcha ! ;]

  • The Sleep Riddle
   Actually, berapa banyak tidurkah yang kita perlu ya? buku ni ckp, depends on our genetic and physiological make up, and also varies by age, gender dan brapa bnyak/lama tidur kita yang sblum2 ni. ye lah. kalau kita kurang tidur sblum2 ni of course la untuk tidur yang seterusnya, kita akan tidur lebih lama kn? then, it says that we should take at least seven hours of quality sleep a night.

    If we don't get enough quality sleep, yg at least 7 hours tu, kita ni akan lebih terdedah kepada penyakit jantung[heart disease], impaired immune function[mcm ketahanan badan kita akan terganggu la] senang la nk dpt sakit. mcm haritu aku tidur lambat sangat. about 4 jam ja aku tidur , esoknya tu aku selsema teruk wo ! other than that , it can caused poorer glucose tolerance and OBESITY. oh tidak ! aku xnak jadi obes. sapa nk jadi obes? angkat tangan !! haha

   Okay ,untuk yang suka tidur lama2 mcm aku smpai terlebih 8-9 jam tu sila baca ayat ni elok2:
TOO MUCH SLEEP CAN BE BAD FOR YOU. oke. yang tu je la aku nk tulis. hehe. ;D 
then, buku ni ckp. Sleep is poorly understood. We don't know why we need sleep, or why some people find it so hard to nod off [tertidur]. Sleep problems can be caused by DEPRESSION , STRESS, PAIN, SNORING and some MEDICINE. so, ada some tips untuk kita dapatkan tidur yang mencukupi ni. here some tips :
  • Go to bed the same time each day. [yang ni mmg aku sush nak buat ;p]
  • Be active and spend time outside. [dh spend time kat skolah 7 jam dh. kekadang lebih dari 7 jam.hee]
  • Avoid naps during the day. [err.. no comment. ;p]
  • Avoid caffeine after lunch.
  • Make sure your bedroom isn't too hot/cold. [emm.. oke ! =D ]
  • Use your bedroom 4 sleep ONLY : NO LAPTOPS / TVs. [my bedroom xda semua tu.wii~]
  • If you wake during the nite, offer a silent thanks that you still have so much time left to sleep, roll over and shut ur eyes beby. ;p [or else, buat la sembahyang tahajud/solat hajat/qiamullail sikit. kan?? :p]
Orite ? yang tu je pasal tidur. nk tau lebih ? cari kat google ja senang . hehe.
Other interesting tips/information :
  • nk rasa lebih bertenaga untuk hari2 anda? [wah ! dh mcm iklan je bunyinya] Sit by a window at breakfast. This is because morning exposure to bright light helps syncronise ur body clock to the world around you. This gets you ready for the day and help you sleeps at nite. :)
  • nak lebih sihat? kurangkan duduk. In a study from the American Cancer Society, women who spent lots of time sitting were nearly 40% more likely to die during the study than women who sat less. 
 Okay. that's all for today guys. Semua info ni dari Reader's Digest. sbnarnya bnyk lagi benda menarik yang ada dlam buku tu.
